By accessing or using Trivexis services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Trivexis provides AI-powered automation services for property professionals, including but not limited to lead response automation, nurture sequences, database reactivation, and custom operational automation.

You agree to:

All content, features, and functionality of Trivexis services are owned by Trivexis and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Setup fees are due upon commencement of services. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees, and we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
